Basic Products

The following Terms apply to any simple product that does not require the individual input of the customer and is not uniquely manufactured for the customer.

What do I do if there is a problem with my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your ‘not bespoke product’ or it is damaged or defective upon delivery you must return the item to Supermarche Studio within 30 days of receipt of the items.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return customers must contact Supermarche Studio and request a shipping code. Return packaging and postage cost are the customers responsibility.

We regret that we cannot offer refund, exchange or repair for items returned more than 30 days after receipt.

How do I return unwanted items to Supermarche Studio?

To return your product, you must first contact us either by email to mail@supermarchestudio.com or using the form on the Contact Us page. We will then provide you with your shipping code that must be provided on the front of the packaging of the returned item.

You will be responsible for the suitable packaging of returned items and for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Can I exchange my item?

We are happy to exchange an item if upon receipt it is defective or damaged.

Can I get a refund?

If you are returning items to us within 30 days of receipt you will be eligible for a refund. A refund will be accepted on receipt and inspection of the goods. There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

Item with obvious signs of use, eg: marks on fabric, folds in posters
Any item not in its original condition and damaged for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receipt

Bespoke Products

Review of Proof

After purchase and payment we will send you an email with a proof of the pattern you have selected. If you are happy with the design you do not need to do anything at this point. Production of the item will automatically commence 24 hours after the proof has been sent to you by email.

You may during the 24 hour period after the proof has been sent to your email address contact Us to request a single change to the design. We are not able to change the design after the 24 hour period has elapsed.

What is a Bespoke Product?

Bespoke Products are products that require individual input from the customer and are uniquely manufactured for the customer.

Can I return Bespoke Products?

Bespoke Products are non-refundable once purchase has been made, except where goods are defective or damaged.

My Bespoke Product was damaged when I received it?

You must alert Supermarche Studio to the issue within 30 days of receipt of goods. Your Bespoke Product will be repaired whenever possible. If the product is defective beyond repair a refund or exchange will be offered.

What happens if my Bespoke Product is beyond repair?

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will confirm if a repair is possible. If a repair is not possible a refund or exchange will be offered.

If you would like an exchange, a new item to your original specification will be put into production and you will receive the item within the original order timeline from the date that your exchange is confirmed.

If you opt for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
